She is the vice chairman of Youth Committee of Chinese Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation; the member of rehabilitation assessment and electrical diagnosis Professional Committee of Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine; the chairman designate of the physical medicine and Rehabilitation Branch of Shandong Medical Association; the chairman of cerebrovascular disease branch of Shandong Association of Rehabilitation Medicine; the member and secretary of the expert committee of Shandong rehabilitation medicine quality control center, and the member of expert group members of Shandong rehabilitation treatment technology designated hospital.

She has been engaged in clinical and scientific research of rehabilitation medicine. She is good at the rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment of nervous system diseases such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. She has studied in the United States for 1 year.
She has undertaken 4 projects of National Natural Science Foundations of China, 1 Provincial Natural Science Foundation and 1 cross project of Shandong University. She has published more than 20 papers as the first author and corresponding author, including 13 SCI papers.

She was rated as outstanding youth of Qilu hospital In 2014, awarded "national excellent rehabilitation doctor" by Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine in 2017, selected into the famous medical system of Cheeloo College of Medicine, Shandong University In 2018, awarded the third prize in science and technology of Shandong Province in 2019.
