She graduated from clinical medicine of Shandong Medical University in 1990. She got master's degree in hematology of Shandong Medical University in 1993 and doctorate in hematology from Shandong University in 1998. She has been engaged in teaching and scientific research of diagnostics and internal medicine for more than 20 years. In 2008, she studied at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas for a year. She has conpleted a number of national, ministerial and provincial projects and won achievement awards.
