Dr. Hong Lai now is serving as a member of Shandong Endocrinology Society; Vice Chairman of Shandong Provincial Health Promotion Committee; member of the Endocrinology Branch of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Shandong Medical Association.

Dr. Hong Lai have engaged in endocrinology for more than 30 years and accumulated rich clinical experience.

She is good at diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases of endocrine and metabolism, especially good at the treatment of diabetes and complications, thyroid disease, hypopituitarism, growth and development abnormalities.

She presided over the projects from Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province and Ministry of Health and published many papers.
