Dr. Xiaoli Zhang is currently vice chairman of osteoporosis and bone mineral Disease Branch of Shandong Medical Association, vice chairman of osteoporosis and bone mineral disease special committee of Shandong Medical Doctor Association, member of rare disease branch of Shandong Medical Association, member of neuroendocrine tumor special committee of Shandong Medical Doctor Association. In 1996, She graduated from Shandong Medical University with seven-year clinical medicine program, and obtained Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in medicine. In the same year, She have worked in the Department of Endocrinology, Qilu Hospital, Shandong University. In 2004, She obtained the Doctor's degree of Endocrinology and metabolic diseases from Shandong University. From 2002 to 2003, She was awarded a scholarship from the National Scholarship Council of China and worked in Baker Institute of medicine in Australia for one year. She has been engaged in clinical, teaching and scientific research of Endocrinology for more than 20 years. Having a solid professional foundation and a wide range of knowledge, She is good at diagnosis and treatment of endocrine metabolic diseases such as diabetes and its complications, osteoporosis, thyroid diseases, pituitary and adrenal diseases, and has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of complex endocrine cases and rare diseases. She has undertaken and participated in a number of national and provincial scientific projects, and won 3 provincial science and technology progress awards. More than 20 papers have been published and 9 papers have been included in SCI.
