Personal profile

Dr. Meng Zhang graduated from Shandong University Medical School in 2013 and received his M.D. degree. Dr. Zhang is currently professor in Department of Cardiology, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. Over the years, Dr. Zhang has been engaged in systematic research on the mechanism of E3 ubiquitin ligase regulating innate immune signal transduction, and has obtained a series of internationally influential original achievements. As the first author or corresponding author, he has published many papers on Nat Immunol、J Exp Med、J Immunol and other internationally renowned journals. He has been awarded Shandong excellent doctoral thesis award、Shandong excellent graduate and so on. He was selected into Shandong Province Taishan Young scholar plan in 2018, and was selected into Shandong University Cheeloo Young Scholars Plan in 2018.
