Jan 1982 up to now    Qilu Hospital of Shandong University(Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Medical University) as pharmacist, pharmacist in chief, associate professor (1994), and professor (1996), as Master tutor(1996) and doctorate tutor(2003) of Clinical Pharmacology.
May 1991 to Sept 1993  Institute of Clinical Pharmacology, Berne University, Switzerland, as visitor scholar sponsored by Chinese Government.
