I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine from Shandong Medical University in 1993, then got a master’s degree from Shandong University in 1996. I have been working in the Department of Radiotherapy , Qilu Hospital of Shandong University since 1996. I am good at radiotherapy and comprehensive treatment of head and neck tumors, lung cancer, esophageal cancer and breast cancer. I have been working in the clinical front line for more than twenty years, with solid theoretical knowledge and rich clinical experience. I am proficient in conformal radiotherapy, intensity modulated radiotherapy and tumor targeted therapy .  I was responsible for a scientific and technological research project in Shandong Province as the project leader.  I have published more than 10 scientific research papers in the core journal, including 3 SCI and 3 books.
