Acting as the Secretary of the Radiation Oncology Specialized Training of Resident Physicians in Shandong Province, at the same time, he also serves as a pain doctor in the Good Pain Management ward. He is expert in the radiotherapy and comprehensive treatment of lung, esophageal and colorectal cancer, as well as the standardized treatment of cancer pain. The main research direction is molecule-targeted treatment and immunotherapy of tumor, and several papers have been published in journals indexed by SCI. He held positions in many medical social organizations, including Shandong Medical Association(SMA), and Shandong Association for the Study of Pain(SASP), etc.
