Entered The Medical College of Shandong University in 1977 and obtained his bachelor's degree in 1982. Admitted to Shandong Medical University for master's degree in 1985, and obtained the master's degree in 1988.In 2001, Admitted to the Medical College of Shandong University as a doctoral candidate and received his doctorate in 2004. Under Professor Tang Jiwen as a postgraduate.1993-1994, visiting scholar at Hartford Hospital, USA.

From 1988 to now, I have worked in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, successively serving as attending physician, deputy chief physician, chief physician, and director of the second Department of Spine

I have undertaken a number of provincial-level projects and won the second prize of Shandong Medical Association Medical Science and Technology Progress Award. I have published more than 120 papers, 47 of which have been included by SCI.Chief editor of 2 monographs.
