He is the vice chairman of Organ Transplantation Branch of Shandong Medical Doctor Association, member of blood purification branch of Shandong Medical Doctor Association and the young member of 0rgan Transplantation branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association. He has expertise in renal transplantation and blood purification and can independently solve complicated problems in urology and organ transplantation. In recent years, he has published more than 10 papers and 2 books in domestic and foreign academic journals. One National Grade II Prizes of Science and Technology Progress Award and one Provincial Grade III Prizes of Science and Technology Progress Award were obtained.
