Research Interests:
My research is mainly focused on multidrug resistance, one direction is to reverse multi-drug resistance in tumors, especially in breast carcinoma. We applied different methods to reverse the phenomenon, such as the extraction of grape seed, reverse oligonucleotide and RNAi techniques; the other one is to study the mechanism of production and regulation of multi-drug resistance. I am also interested in methylation of DNA and its influence to MDR, hypoxia and its influence to MDR. In addition, I carry on diagnosis in clinic and my favorite field is renal disease and lymphoma.
