Academic leader of the Department of Ultrasound, third-level professor, doctor of Ultrasonic Medicine and post doctor of Clinical Medicine. Li is currently the doctor supervisor (Academic doctor & professional doctor) and is honored with "Outstanding Medical Expert" of Shandong University and “the Top Ten Sonographer” of Shandong Province. At the same time, he is the holder of "Huicai card", which was certificated by Organization Department of Shandong Provincial Party Committee.

Editor and member of textbook review committee to National Health Commission planned textbook “diagnostic Ultrasonography of Superficial Organs”. Coordinator of several research projects funded by national and provincial sources, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province, Science and Technology Planning Project of Shandong Province and so on (with a total budget of more than 1 million). Li’s research interests are mainly focused in the fields of preparation of nanoscale ultrasound contrast agents, visualization and precise treatment of malignant tumor with targeted nanoscale ultrasound contrast agents with abilities of molecular imaging and therapy, mechanism investigation and clinical application of color Doppler twinkling artifact.
Professional direction: Ultrasound diagnosis and treatment in abdominal and superficial organs, good at early diagnosis of difficult and complicated thyroid and breast diseases.
