She graduated from Shandong Medical College in 1984. She is skilled in otology, especially in deafness (sudden deafness, neurological deafness, deafness due to large vestibular aqueduct syndrome), tinnitus, and various vertigo (Ménière’s disease, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) and other otological diseases (ear inflammation, tumors). She has an excellent diagnosis and treatment strategy, solid professional theory, skilled surgical skills, and can perform various difficult otologic surgery. She has accumulated rich experience in various types of tympanoplasty, facial nerve surgery, artificial stapes, hearing reconstruction, ear and skull base tumors and other surgical treatments. She could perform packing of the cavity post the radical mastoidectomy to normalize the structure and function of the ear.

She currently serves as the vice chairman of the Hearing and Speech Rehabilitation Committee of the Shandong Association of Rehabilitation Medicine, also a member of the Otology Branch of the China Health Care International Exchange Promotion Association, a member of the Vertigo Medicine Branch of the China Health Care International Exchange Promotion Association, the Vertigo Member of the Medical Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, a member of the International Otology Association, an editor of the Chinese Journal of Otology, a member of the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology Project and Science and Technology Award Review Expert Database, a member of the Shandong Medical Association and a member of Jinan Medical Malpractice Identification Expert Database. She has participated in the publication and translation of many books, published some papers, and won some national and provincial scientific and technological awards.
