In July 1995, after graduating from Shandong Medical University, he entered the laboratory of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University to work until now. In 2016, he was appointed as the chief technician. In July 2007, he received a doctor's degree in biochemistry from medical school of Shandong University. Then he went to the University of Miami to do postdoctoral research for one year. He has published more than 20 papers, and he is good at peripheral blood cell morphological diagnosis
