Chief Physician, Department of Anesthesiology, Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. He started his career as an anesthesiologist at 1990. He has been on scholar visiting to Erlangen-Nuremberg Hospital in Germany at 2010. He currently serves as the group leader for thoracic anesthesia and pediatric anesthesia in the hospital. Accomplishing anesthesia for over 500 thoracic surgeries every year, he develops original technic on bronchial occlusive device manipulation. And he launches the nerve block guided by ultrasound in anesthesia for thoracic surgery.
