Yonghao Xu, M.D.  Associate chief physician in Department of Dermatology

Skilled in allergic and infectious skin diseases, psoriasis, acne, vitiligo and other common skin diseases, especially good at skin surgery, skin tumors and fungal diseases.

Dr. Yonghao Xu is a dermatologic surgeon in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. He started studying in English class of Clinical Medicine Department of Shandong Medical University in '95 and was awarded his MD degree in 2008. From then on, Dr. Xu has been engaged in clinical, teaching and research work in Qilu Hospital. He is skilled in diagnosis and treatment of eczema, urticaria, drug eruption, herpes, fungal disease, psoriasis, acne, vitiligo, venereal disease and other common dermatological and venereal diseases, especially good at skin surgery to treat various of skin tumors. As of 2020, he has been awarded a prize of successful rescue of critical cases once and elected an excellent clinical teacher 6 times in hospital. His two scientific research projects were supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shandong Natural Science Foundation separately. He published more than ten research papers in academic journals as the first author, and won the second prize of Shandong Science and Technology Innovation Achievement Award once.
