The winner of first Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award in Shandong and the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award of Shandong University; National Natural Science Fund evaluation expert. Went to the University of Pennsylvania hospital for academic exchange as a visiting scholar in 2011.  
 
As the first medical postdoctoral doctor in Shandong's cardiothoracic surgery, focus on medical, teaching and scientific research in an all-round way, and devoted to the basic and clinical research of cardiovascular surgery and organ transplantation for a long time. We have been courageous in challenging critical diseases, and actively developing new technologies and new therapies. We have won many new technologies and successful rescue of critically ill patients. Coronary artery bypass grafting and carotid endarterectomy were also performed. The first thoracoabdominal aortic replacement in our hospital operation was successfully completed in 2015 by my team.
 
As the leader of scientific research project, there are more than 10 scientific research projects, including 2 national natural fund project, 1 post doctoral funds of China, 2 projects for scientific and technological breakthrough in Shandong Province, 2 projects for scientific research awards of excellent middle-aged and young scientists,1 provincial natural funds and so on. 4 doctoral students and 18 master's degree students have been trained, and 2 doctoral students and 4 Master's degree students are being guided.
 
There were 13 kinds of technology awards, 5 in the first place and 3 in second. Among them, there are 5 provincial scientific and technological progress three awards, 1 provincial natural science three awards.
