Used to be the Deputy Director of Cardiovascular Surgery of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University and the Deputy Director of the Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Branch of Shandong Medical Association.
 
He received a master's degree in 1982 and a doctorate in 2004. In 1987, he studied at Texas Tech University for one year. After more than 30 years of clinical work, he has rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various coronary heart diseases, valvular heart diseases, complex congenital heart diseases, and macrovascular diseases.  Assisting more than ten hospitals in the province to carry out cardiac surgery, and enjoys a high reputation in the cardiovascular surgery sector in Shandong province.
 
With outstanding teaching and scientific research results, he has supervised 18 master students and assisted nearly 10 doctoral students. He has published dozens of papers in national core and statistical source journals and participated in the compilation of 4 monographs. Won a number of scientific research achievement awards at the provincial and ministerial and departmental levels.
