He is good at the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in thoracic surgery, such as esophageal cancer, lung cancer, mediastinal tumor and some complicated diseases. He is able to timely understand the development trend of the major and some new technologies or methods, such as thoracoscopic technology and its clinical application. He has mastered the treatment of critical, urgent and severe cases in chest surgery. He have participated in the rescue of critically severe patients for many times and won awards. He was appointed as a member of the expert group of medical malpractice appraisal in Shandong Province and Jinan City. He participated in compiling the curriculum of surgery and was employed for many times as the examiner of national professional doctor qualification examination.
