He graduated from Medical College of Shandong University and achieved the doctor's degree of clinical Medicine in 2008. In the same year, he worked in the Department of thoracic Surgery, Qilu Hospital, Shandong University. He was promoted to associate chief physician in 2015 and the secretary of the Thoracic Surgery of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University. He is mainly engaged in minimally invasive treatment of lung, mediastinum, chest wall and esophageal diseases. He is particularly skilled in single-hole thoracoscopic lung resection and reconstruction, transabdominal xiphoid single-hole lung surgery and electromagnetic navigation bronchoscopy. He has been actively involved in developing new clinical technologies at the supervision of Tian Hui, the vice head of Qilu Hospital, such as the first video-assisted thoracoscopic pneumonectomy, single-hole thoracoscopic pulmonary surgery, thoracic laparoscopic surgery for esophageal cancer in our hospital and the first domestic single hole bilateral pulmonary transformation resection under xiphoid process. In 2017, he won the first place in the endoscopic pneumonectomy group in the "4th National Excellent Young Surgeons Surgical Technique Competition" in North China and the fourth place in the national final. He served as the teaching secretary of thoracic surgery for nearly 8 years and was honored as "Excellent Teacher" of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University in 2016 and 2019, "Excellent Resident Physician Training Teacher" of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University in 2016, "Favorite Teacher for Medical Students" of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University in 2018, and "Qilu Medical Excellent Teacher" of Shandong University in 2018. He went to the University of Cincinnati to participate in mooC teaching and training funded by Qilu Hospital In October 2017. He made the first mooC online course in thoracic surgery in China in 2018. He undertook 4 teaching reform projects funded by Shandong University and Qilu Hospital. He is the member of youth Committee of Thoracic Surgery branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the secretary of Thoracoscopic Committee of Shandong Medical Doctor Association, the member of Thoracic surgery Branch of Shandong Medical Association, the member of Thoracic surgery branch of Shandong Medical Doctor Association, standing member of ERAS Committee, etc.
