The Pain Department of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University is set for diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic pain-related diseases. The team is made up by seven doctors and one nurse, especially one well-known specialist. It is an independent clinical department pain consisting of Pain Clinic, Outpatient Treatment Room, Operating Room and Ward, equipped with  shockwave therapy apparatus, super laser therapy apparatus, silver needle therapy apparatus, plasma ablation therapy apparatus, radiofrequency ablation therapy apparatus and other advanced treatment equipment . The department made a good combination of pathological features and the biological effect characteristics of treatment technology, then formed a comprehensive integrated pain diagnosis and treatment program based on drug therapy, characterized by nerve block technology and minimally invasive interventional treatment technology.
